In December 2012, the band's bassist, Genta Matsumura, requested to leave the band . \"I don't have the strength to go on with the band anymore,\" he stated.

After have a discussion as a band, No Regret Life decided that they would be ending their activities together, and held one final tour before disbanding in July 2013.

前作「Magical Destiny e.p.」(5曲入りミニアルバム)をライブ会場・通販限定発売でリリースするも、リリース1ヶ月で瞬く間に 1000枚以上を売り上げ、レコ発全国ツアーでは全24か所を回り、その存在を全国にアピールしてきた。

そんな中で制作された今作は、ノーリグレットライフ史上、最も外に開けたアルバム内容となっている。

常々、その影響を公言してきたUK ROCK/ Brit Popのみに留まらず、様々なシーンを飲み込んだボーカル小田和奏の楽曲は、よりメロディアスでセンチメンタル、そしてよりタフで疾走感あふれる仕上がりに。小田和奏の唯一無二の声はより温かみと色気を増し、緊張感と安心感の双方を与える。今作では、ライブでの定番「Wonderful World」の7年振りのリテイク、そして新たな代表曲となりそうな予感「Clocks」、込み上げる思いを抒情的に歌った感動のエンディング「Life is a Symphony」、小田和奏がバイオリニスト斎藤ネコ氏との邂逅から楽曲を制作したアコースティックナンバー「夢のあと」。ほんの些細な日常を切り取った、人としての穏やかな幸福感。その優しいメロディーと言葉に、新たな魅力と可能性を十二分に感じ取ることができる。バンドは2011年で結成10年となり、よりタフでメロディアスになった今回の作品。そのキラーチューンの連発は、普段バンドサウンドを聞き慣れないリスナー、そして洋邦問わずロックファンの心を掴んで離さない。
