\"Excellent jazz funk with a hint of rock here and there. Ryo Kawasaki, whom I've never heard of, plays a great electric guitar throughout the album, particularly on the rock-ish cover of Coltrane's \"Blue Train\". Steve Gadd on drums and Ray Mantilla on percussion are active and interesting throughout. (both severely underrated in general as well) Of course Walton, using everything from electric piano to to various state of the art synthesizers (for 1975 of course) is never outdone by anyone else. Good all the way through but the 2 covers, Thelonious Monk's \"Off Minor\" and the aforementioned \"Blue Train\" are the highlights and sound nothing like the originals. A gem for fans of jazz funk.\"
